What you'll do:
As a Analyst/Senior Analyst/Manager in Securitisation, your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth onboarding of clients onto our digital platform product suite. You will be instrumental in enhancing the client experience by collecting feedback, supporting development of new products, and improving existing processes. Your analytical skills will be put to good use as you interpret client data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.
Deliver client onboarding within budget and timeframe
Collect and utilise client feedback for continuous improvement
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client testing activities
Develop content for internal processes, user guides, and client-facing collateral
Analyse & interpret client data, identify gaps and issues
Recommend process and system improvements to increase efficiencies and usability
Participate in requirements gathering, backlog review sessions and prepare ad hoc analysis as required
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Analyst/Manager - Securitisation role brings a wealth of experience from the fields of Securitisation, Trust Management or Treasury. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders. Your proven problem-solving abilities will be invaluable as you navigate through complex business processes. Your experience working in an agile product team will equip you with the flexibility needed to thrive in this dynamic role.
Tertiary qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or other relevant numerate degree
1-5+ years' experience in Securitisation, Trust Management or Treasury
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in an agile product team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
