The Senior Asset Manager will be responsible for creating and executing asset management strategies and plans for the portfolio in order to optimise income and enhance the value of the Assets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within Asset or Property Management across industrial assets, as well as significant experience within the leasing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall positioning of assets as well as the enhancement of cash flow and asset value.
- Ability to add value via leasing (renewals and new leasing) and to identify opportunities to enhance or re-develop assets
- Preparing and managing annual budgets and reports covering the financial performance of the asset, leasing status, and rental collection.
- Work closely with the Property and Facility Managers to ensure assets are properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and coordinate external parties like government authorities, brokers, etc.
- Manage market intelligence and collate market / industry information to ensure competitiveness of the company’s products and services.
- Contributing to acquisition and disposal due diligence
Key Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification, ideally within Real Estate
- 8+ years experience within asset management, ideally industrial
- Strong ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
