As a Business Development Manager for Intermediaries, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's fund-raising efforts in the retail market in NSW/ACT, managing key account relationships across the dealer group and high-end IFA space. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of financial markets, and demonstrated success in raising capital in the retail channel.

What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Key Account Manager position brings a wealth of experience and a strong network within the funds management industry. With at least 8 year's experience in a similar role, you have developed strong relationships across the retail/wholesale channel, including key dealer groups and IFAs. Your technical understanding of financial markets, as well as public and private markets products, is second to none. Above all, your interpersonal skills set you apart - you know how to connect with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
Relevant tertiary qualification in finance or related field

  • Minimum of 8 year's experience working in a funds management distribution role
  • Strong relationships across the retail/wholesale channel, including key dealer groups and IFAs
  • Strong technical understanding of financial markets, as well as public and private markets products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proven track record in driving fund raising efforts
