Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and manage business analysis activities for their data transformation project. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders, analyse complex data sets, and design solutions that meet business needs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving process improvements and supporting change management activities.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading the business analysis activities for a significant data transformation project. Your ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders will be crucial in gathering and documenting business requirements. You'll leverage your analytical skills to dissect complex data sets, deriving trends, patterns, and insights that will guide strategic decision-making. Your keen eye for process improvement will be invaluable as you evaluate current systems and recommend enhancements. Working alongside technical teams, you'll design robust data solutions that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities also include developing comprehensive test plans to validate the accuracy of these solutions. Furthermore, you'll support change management initiatives by facilitating training sessions and communicating updates to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
