Claims Management Officer

A leading insurance provider is seeking dedicated Claims Management Officers to join their supportive team in Brisbane, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact for customers in Queensland. This is a 6 month contract opportunity based on the South side. This temporary position is designed for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about providing compassionate assistance during challenging times.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain high standards of attention to detail when documenting customer interactions and updating case files, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  • Adhere strictly to shift schedules between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM on weekdays, as well as weekend availability from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Guide customers through detailed case navigation, interpreting reports and managing complex queries across multiple systems with accuracy and care.
  • Utilise strong communication skills to build trust with customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and sensitively.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service within fast-paced call centre or high-pressure environments where empathy and patience are essential.
  • A strong background in Claims Management is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational skills and exposure to a range of CRM and Computer systems.
  • Strong organisational skills that enable effective management of multiple cases simultaneously without compromising quality or accuracy.
