This role sits in the Operations team and is an integral part of the business. The successful applicant will need to possess previous exposure to the fund management industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate to a high level.

Experience Required:

• 1-2 years working in fund operations, fund administration or funds management
• Finance or equivalent degree
• Strong attention to detail and numerical mindset
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Trade matching and trade settlement
• Compliance monitoring
• Cash and position management/forecasting
• Client reporting, trade execution and reconciliation of fund and client positions.
• Manage relationships with counter-parties (Investment Managers, Registry, Custody, Administrators and Trustees)
• Investment Performance Reporting
• Review of externally produced NAVs
• Corporate Actions
• Fee Calculations
• Project work and ad-hoc analysis
• Process Automation
• General Administration and business operational matters
