Business Development Associate

The BDA will be responsible for all existing direct leads and contacts (current investors), coordinating ongoing service initiatives for current investors, both retail and wholesale. A portion of your role 20 % will be dedicated to supporting the business development team (BDM's) ensuring the firm’s investment products are effectively promoted and understood in the market.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential clients and investors, including institutional investors, financial advisors, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supporting the current Business Development Managers.
  • Conducting meetings, presentations, and events to showcase the firm's investment strategies and products.
  • Assisting in the creation of tailored investment proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Preparing regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback.

Role Requirements:

  • Hold a Commerce/Business/Finance Degree.
  • RG 146 Compliant.
  • Prior work experience in a client-focused role in Financial Services.
