The senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and executing on a the distribution strategy across HNWs, family offices and wealth groups.










Role Responsibilities:

  • Self-driven, disciplined and can work autonomously to drive outcomes;
  • Real people-person, who can build rapport through a friendly and honest approach;
  • Have a strong focus on process and record keeping;
  • Have an understanding of private markets - or a willingness to learn - and have a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory risks;
  • Innovative, continually looking to improve and find new ways to engage;
  • Take full accountability, can define targets and audience, are data driven, and can monitor performance
  • Proactive in contacting new leads and following up.



Role Requirements:

  • A proven record in wholesale capital raising (from HNWs / FO / Wealth)
  • Prior experience as a Business Development or Sales Development Representative with track record of achieving targets
  • Previous experience in private capital (highly desirable).
