Capital Transactions Senior Analyst

Opportunity to work for a growing real estate fund in a broad role across cap trans and existing investments

Our client is seeking a Capital Transactions Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong financial modelling skills and real estate experience to work in the property funds sector across transactions and exiting investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the modelling process, ensuring all key strategic transactions are reflected and up-to-date. This includes acquisitions, divestments, developments, and refinancing. Additionally, you will prepare investment committee papers for prospective acquisitions or other key strategic transactions.


What you'll do:


As a Capital Transactions Senior Analyst, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's success in the industrial and logistics sector. You will lead the financial modelling process, assessing investment returns at both the asset and fund level. Your expertise will be crucial in reflecting all key strategic transactions accurately and timely. These include acquisitions, divestments, developments, and refinancing. Furthermore, you will prepare investment committee papers for prospective acquisitions or other key strategic transactions. Your ability to execute transactions from cradle to grave will be highly valued. You will also analyse existing investments in the portfolio.

Responsibilities:


* Lead the financial modelling process to assess investment returns at both the asset and fund level
* Ensure all key strategic transactions such as acquisitions, divestments, developments and refinancing are reflected and up-to-date
* Prepare investment committee papers for prospective acquisitions or other key strategic transactions
* Execute transactions from cradle to grave
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
* Stay updated on market trends and industry news relevant to capital transactions

Requirements:


* Strong financial modelling skills within a similar capital transactions or investment management role in property funds
* Real estate experience across several asset classes
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong analytical skills
