You will also support the distribution of client communications, maintain marketing collateral, and assist with office administration, including reception duties and event management.

  • Client Communication: Proactively respond to client queries and assist with distributing monthly updates and market reports.
  • Distribution & Business Development Support: Update monthly pitch/market materials, manage staff calendars, assist with event management (e.g., roadshows, client functions), and maintain internal marketing collateral.
  • Office Support: Assist with reception, handle incoming calls and emails, maintain boardroom readiness, and perform general office duties (e.g., mail, kitchen supplies).
  • Reporting: Coordinate and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports.

Benefits:

  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Competitive salary package.
  • Opportunity to work with a leading funds management firm.
  • Brisbane CBD location.
  • Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth.
  • Full role autonomy with support from senior staff.
