Our client is looking for the ideal candidate who will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), dealer groups, and advisers.

This role focuses on building strategic relationships with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), dealer groups, and advisers to drive growth. The business development manager will be responsible for driving new business within the wealth channel.

  • Relationship Building & Networking: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with IFAs, dealer groups, and individual advisers.
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and promote our wealth management solutions to meet business growth targets.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve sales targets through effective business development strategies. Regularly report on progress, forecasts, and outcomes to senior management.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development/sales within wealth management, financial services, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of IFA and dealer group operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to deliver value-added services and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
