Investor Relations Associate

This is an opportunity to join a global fund manager with a renowned reputation in the market to work across a multi-strategy platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support capital-raising and investor engagement across wholesale, HNW and institutional investor channels.

• Prepare and update investor materials including presentations, fact sheets, quarterly reports, product updates and performance commentary.

• Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, due diligence sessions, roadshows and industry events.

• Maintain CRM, investor pipeline tracking, reporting dashboards and distribution insights.

• Assist with onboarding and investor documentation, including DDQs, RFPs, agreements and compliance requirements.

• Work closely with investment teams to gather portfolio insights and convert into clear and compelling communications.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor landscape and investor sentiment to inform messaging and opportunities.

About You:

• 2–6 years experience in funds management, investment banking, private capital, wealth distribution or a comparable financial role.

• Strong financial literacy and the ability to understand and communicate complex investment concepts.

• Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Confident stakeholder engagement style, able to interact with senior leaders and sophisticated investors.

• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
