Senior Compliance Manager

You will be joining a leading asset manager as an Senior Compliance Manager within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression.

About the role:

Responsibilities include:

• Lead compliance, governance, investigations, and company secretariat functions across AU/NZ
• Align regulatory obligations with Group policies and maintain the Policy & Regulatory Framework
• Monitor regulatory change and manage regulator engagement and statutory filings
• Oversee compliance reviews, breach management, and remediation
• Deliver Board and Committee compliance reporting
• Embed compliance through training, collaboration, and a strong culture of integrity

About the you:

You are:

• Degree-qualified with strong regulatory, licensing, and compliance expertise across financial services
• In-depth knowledge of ACL/AFSL regimes and key regulators
• Proven ability to apply compliance and governance frameworks in complex environments
• Strong analytical judgement, communication skills, and stakeholder engagement
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
