A leading financial services group is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join its platform distribution team, focused on accelerating growth through Australia’s adviser and intermediary network.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven relationship manager with proven success in platform business development, adviser engagement, and strategic distribution partnerships.

The opportunity sits within a well-resourced, highly regarded platform business with strong momentum and a significant growth agenda across the wealth channel.

The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for expanding platform adoption and deepening relationships across:

  • Financial advisers and advisory practices

  • Dealer groups and licensee networks

  • Private wealth and intermediary channels

  • Key decision-makers across the advice ecosystem

This role suits someone who thrives in senior stakeholder engagement and consultative BD, driving net flows and long-term partnership value.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

You will bring:

  • Strong experience in platform sales, wealth distribution, or investment solutions BD

  • Deep relationships across the Australian adviser market

  • People management skills
  • Proven track record delivering commercial outcomes (flows, retention, penetration)

  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and influencing across advice groups

  • Excellent product knowledge across platforms, managed accounts, and wealth structures

Experience from a platform provider, asset manager, major wealth institution, or fintech distribution team will be highly regarded.
