Business Development Manager – HNW / Alternatives

The business sits at the intersection of funds management, capital markets and technology, providing HNW investors and family offices with access to institutional-quality opportunities across private credit, real assets and structured investments.

This is a pure front-office role targeting sophisticated investors, family offices and private wealth clients, offering access to institutional-grade alternative investments typically reserved for large institutions.

You’ll be joining a business sitting at the intersection of funds management, capital markets and fintech, with a strong pipeline of deals across private credit, real assets and structured opportunities

The Opportunity

• Own and grow a HNW / wholesale client base
• Originate and execute capital raising opportunities across alternative assets
• Work closely with investment and structuring teams on live deals
• Build long-term relationships with family offices, sophisticated investors and advisers
• Be part of a platform scaling quickly with strong deal flow and investor demand

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively source and onboard new HNW / wholesale investors
• Drive capital raising across private credit, property, PE and structured deals
• Deliver high-quality investor meetings, pitches and portfolio discussions
• Partner with internal investment teams to position opportunities effectively
• Maintain ongoing client engagement and repeat investment flows

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in funds management, Asset management, private wealth / wealth platforms
• Strong exposure to HNW / wholesale clients
• Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in alternative investments
• Confident communicator, able to sell complex investment opportunities simply
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue
