As a claims consultant, you will be providing customers with a seamless experience from beginning to end over the phone. No two days will be the same, handing and resolving complex enquiries, whilst navigating different technological systems.

About the role:

• Initial 3 month contract for January 2024 commencement
• View of contract extension
• Full time working hours (38 per week)
• Full industry standard training provided
• Hybrid working available

• Managing complex customer enquiries from start to finish
