Customer Service Representative

Robert Walters have partnered with one of Australia’s largest Financial Services organisations and are on the hunt for customer service champions. If you are self-motivated and passionate about customer service, then this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive work environment that offers flexibility and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced working environment
  • Managing inbound customer service enquiries while providing solutions to customer needs
  • Develop and maintain customer relations while meeting and exceeding key performance indicators
  • Navigating systems and software, while maintaining accuracy and customer privacy

Key Requirements include:

  • Demonstrated Customer Service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to convey complex information in simple language to customers
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
  • A positive can-do attitude with a solution focused approach
  • High levels of computer literacy and data accuracy
  • Previous contact centre experience is preferred but not essential
