Client Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Manager to manage all aspects of a portfolio of clients, ensuring superior service while complying with legal and regulatory frameworks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and maintain effective client relationships, participate in due diligence processes, and contribute to the on-boarding and integration of new business. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working in a supportive environment that values professional growth and development.

Seeking an individual preferably from a Registry or Fund Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of a portfolio of clients
  • Ensure timeliness of all scheme regulatory lodgements
  • Coordinate and manage updates to scheme documents
  • Assist in monitoring service providers
  • Manage the on-boarding and integration of new business
  • Maintain operational relationships with key clients and service providers
  • Present at board and Compliance Committee meetings as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operating or providing services to a registered or unregistered trust
  • Strong client management and process management skills
  • Working knowledge of the managed funds industry
  • Operational experience relating to managed investment schemes
  • Ability to multitask and deliver within timeframes
