Senior Investment Operations Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Analyst to join their rapidly growing firm with operations in Australia, Hong Kong, China and Philippines. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to build on their experience in the funds management industry and develop into a more senior role. Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all aspects of day-to-day investment operations tasks
  • Responsible for fund accounting, reporting and administration functions within Investment Operations
  • Perform reconciliation of cash and positions to custody
  • Handle monthly Fund Reporting and Performance reporting
  • Conduct Client onboarding and AML/KYC checks
  • Manage relationships with counter-parties (Registry, Custody and Administrators)
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Investment Operations Analyst in the fund management industry
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to troubleshoot and engage in ad hoc project work
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to adhere to processes
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Smart, numerate, self-motivated individual eager to build relationships
