Job description:

  • Join a dynamic Support team that contributes significantly to the company's growth
  • Provide account management and banking services to a vast merchant base
  • Be part of a strong culture that values flexibility, high-quality service, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Educate customers about the company's products and services
  • Troubleshoot any issues regarding terminals and eCommerce enquiries
  • Guide customers through the EFTPOS activation process
  • Resolve all complaints through effective communication skills and escalate to team lead when needed
  • Collaborate closely with various internal teams to identify or create innovative solutions
  • Record detailed and accurate notes of merchant enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Uphold and contribute to the company's strong risk culture by complying with policies, completing mandatory training, and identifying and managing risks within day-to-day work



Requirements:

  • Previous experience in banking or the financial services is highly desirable
  • A passion for customer experience and providing exceptional service is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial
  • Ability to identify and manage risk in day-to-day responsibilities is necessary
  • Commitment to comply with company policies and procedures including completing mandatory training within required time frames
