Our client is seeking a dedicated Payments Officer for a 6-month contract based in the heart of Sydney CBD. This role offers an attractive salary package of $36 - $37 + Super per day. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in payment operations within the financial services sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you'll do:

As a Payments Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's payment systems. You'll be tasked with processing payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate transaction records. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy will be key in this role. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, further enhancing the efficiency of the team.

  • You will be responsible for processing payments accurately and timely.
  • Your role will involve reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
  • You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operation of payment systems.
  • Your duties will include maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • You will be expected to adhere to all regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Your role will also involve identifying and implementing process improvements.

As a Payments Officer, you bring valuable experience from the financial services sector.
