Our client is seeking a Senior Manager for Survey Reports, based in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a new sub-function within Front Office Business Support, specialising in the management of survey reports. The role offers the chance to design processes and controls, enhance existing ones, and provide guidance to a dedicated team. What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager for Survey Reports, your day will be filled with opportunities to make an impact. You'll be at the forefront of building a new sub-function that specialises in managing survey reports. Your expertise will be crucial in designing processes and controls for new requests, as well as enhancing existing ones. You'll provide guidance to your team, acting as their go-to person for any escalations. A key part of your role will also involve staying connected with relevant stakeholders, ensuring you're always aware of market changes that could affect your work. This role is all about continuous improvement - both for yourself and the processes you'll oversee.

  • Building out a new focused sub-function within Front Office Business Support that specialises in the management of Survey reports.
  • Designing processes and controls to manage new survey report requests.
  • Enhancing existing process and controls for the production of survey reports.
  • Providing guidance and acting as escalation point for survey report team.
  • Overseeing survey report production within the team.
  • Engaging with relevant stakeholders to stay up-to-date on market changes relevant for in-scope surveys.


What you bring:

To excel as a Senior Manager for Survey Reports, you'll bring a wealth of experience from similar roles. You've previously built out new functions or teams within an organisation, demonstrating your leadership skills. Your strong background in process design and control management will be invaluable in this role. You're comfortable providing guidance to your team, acting as their first point of contact for any issues that arise. Your experience overseeing production within a team setting has equipped you with the skills needed to ensure smooth operations. Finally, your knowledge of Markets products and booking platforms will be beneficial.

  • Experience in building out new functions or teams within an organisation.
  • Strong skills in process design and control management.
  • Ability to provide guidance and act as an escalation point for a team.
  • Experience overseeing production within a team setting.
  • Knowledge of Markets products and ANZ booking platforms and models.
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and stay updated on market changes.
