ERP Finance Transformation Lead

The ERP Finance Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems to enhance financial processes and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in finance and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end ERP finance transformation project, including planning, execution, and post-implementation care-taking warranty period support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Analyse current financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
• Work with the project manager and vendor to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading ERP implementation and finance transformation projects (Oracle Fusion experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
