Our client is seeking a highly competent Operation Associate to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse organisation supporting multiple product classes across various locations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring operational risks are recognised and managed, developing strong internal and external relationships, and delivering innovative solutions for continual improvement. What you'll do:

As an Operation Associate, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, playing a pivotal role in managing operational risks and fostering robust relationships with both internal and external clients. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that transactions are accurately recorded and settled, while your innovative mindset will drive continuous improvement within the organisation. You will also have the unique opportunity to provide value-added support in new markets and new products, further expanding your skill set. In addition, you will support client & firm related equity trading activity from the point of trading through to settlement.

  • Recognise and manage all operational risks
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external client relationships
  • Ensure transactions are recorded and settled appropriately
  • Provide value-added support in new markets and new products
  • Continually seek opportunities for improvement and deliver innovative solutions
  • Support client & firm related equity trading activity from the point of trading through to settlement


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Operation Associate role brings a wealth of experience in Operations, ideally within a global investment bank. Your ability to deal with ambiguity coupled with your sense of urgency sets you apart. You possess strong communication skills and are always eager to learn and share knowledge. As a team player, you excel at collaborating across multiple operational areas. Your attention to detail is unmatched, ensuring accuracy in all tasks undertaken. Furthermore, your ability to identify potential process improvements demonstrates your proactive approach towards enhancing efficiency within the organisation.
