Our client is seeking a highly competent Operation Associate to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring operational risks are recognised and managed, developing strong internal and external relationships, and delivering innovative solutions for continual improvement. What you'll do:

As an Operation Associate, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, playing a pivotal role in managing operational risks and fostering robust relationships with both internal and external clients. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that transactions are accurately recorded and settled, while your innovative mindset will drive continuous improvement within the organisation. You will also have the unique opportunity to provide value-added support in new markets and new products, further expanding your skill set. In addition, you will support client & firm related equity trading activity from the point of trading through to settlement.

• Recognise and manage all operational risks
• Develop and maintain strong internal and external client relationships
• Ensure transactions are recorded and settled appropriately
• Provide value-added support in new markets and new products
• Continually seek opportunities for improvement and deliver innovative solutions
• Support client & firm related equity trading activity from the point of trading through to settlement
