They are looking for a Manager - Survey Reports to support the buildout of a new focused sub-function within Front Office Business Support that specializes in the design, management, and production of survey reports produced for external parties as part of Markets business.

This role will be part of a team located in Sydney that specializes in designing processes for new survey requests and enhancing existing survey report production processes and controls to follow best practices.

What you'll do:

As a Manager - Survey Reports, your day will be filled with opportunities to implement new processes, enhance existing ones, and produce high-quality survey reports. You'll engage with stakeholders, stay updated on market changes, understand various market products, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in providing best practice advisory to other functions on designing and controlling survey report production.

  • Implement new/enhance existing process and controls for the production of survey reports.
  • Produce survey reports and ensure proper investigation and escalation of any exceptions encountered.
  • Provide SME best practice advisory to other functions on how to design and control survey report production.
  • Engage with relevant FO stakeholders to be up-to-date on market changes that are relevant for in-scope surveys.
  • Understand Markets products and booking platforms and models.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Manager - Survey Reports role brings strong experience in trade data report compilation and design. You have a good understanding of Markets products – especially related to Bonds, FX, and Rates products. Your communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are top-notch. You have hands-on knowledge and experience with banking systems like MUREX, WSS. You're a problem solver who's energized by tackling complex problems. Your ability to build tools using Excel/VBA/Python sets you apart.

  • Strong experience in trade data report compilation and design.
  • Good understanding of Markets products – especially related to Bonds, FX, and Rates products.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience with banking systems (e.g MUREX, WSS).
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build tools using Excel/VBA/Python.
