Are you a seasoned operations leader ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive excellence in lending settlements and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ leadership experience in financial services or a related industry.
• 5+ years’ operations experience, ideally in home lending and settlements.
• Strong working knowledge of settlement platforms (PEXA essential; Dye & Durham and LendFast a plus).
• Proven ability to lead through change, influence across teams, and manage risk and compliance.
• A Diploma in Leadership or Financial Services (minimum).
