Fixed Income Operations

* Minimum 2 years experience in a comparable Fixed Income Operations, Middle Office or Analyst role * Fixed income product and market knowledge * Knowledge of Austraclear/Euroclear systems and processes

  • Instruct Austraclear and Euroclear settlements based on trading platform queue’s
  • Monitor trading platform queue’s and Euroclear trade settlement instructions
  • Complete coupon interest reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain asset and cash reconciliations between system and external depositories
  • Reconciliation of safe custody reports against bank statement
  • Manage fixed income security set-up, maintenance and enquires
  • Reconcile daily trade instruction files against Austraclear and Euroclear
  • Build effective relationships with clients and dealers
  • Identify risks and determine ways to mitigate them
