The Opportunity

The fund operates in a collaborative, fast-evolving environment, making this role well suited to someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable learning on the job, and is keen to contribute across different areas of the business.

The Role

You will work closely with senior team members and gain hands-on experience across the day-to-day operations of a private credit fund. The role will evolve as the business grows, and you will be encouraged to take initiative, ask questions, and gradually take on more responsibility as your experience develops.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury & Fund Operations

• Assist with fund cash management, liquidity monitoring, and forecasting

• Support loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest calculations

• Maintain fund models and assist with performance and NAV reporting

• Liaise with external fund administrators and service providers

Investor & Fund Support

• Assist in preparing investor reports and fund updates

• Support investor onboarding and ongoing servicing

• Help respond to investor queries alongside senior team members

• Maintain CRM systems and investor data

Portfolio & Investment Support

• Assist with portfolio monitoring and reporting

• Support asset management and credit processes as required

• Gain exposure to deal structures and property-backed lending

General Support

• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required

• Contribute ideas to improve processes and reporting over time

Development & Progression

This role offers a clear development pathway. With experience, there will be opportunities to:

• Take on greater responsibility across fund operations and investor support

• Participate in investor meetings and capital raising activities

• Progress into a more client-facing or investment-oriented role

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years’ experience)

• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, commerce, or related discipline

• Strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills

• Comfortable working with Excel and financial data

• Organised, reliable, and willing to learn

• Interest in private credit, property, or funds management
