Senior Associate

A great opportunity to join a specialised private equity firm that invests in businesses with strong market positions and significant potential, in complex situations or requiring transformation.

The Senior Associate will be be part of a team working across middle market, investing in business wiht $ 120m + in revenue. You will play a key role working within the special situations team in driving investment strategies, managing portfolio companies, and contributing to the overall success of the firm. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to a wide range of industries and transactions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial modelling and valuation analyses.
  • Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market research, competitive analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal investment committees.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of add-on acquisitions, recapitalisation, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through networking, industry research, and outreach.

Role Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
