Head of Capital & Investor Engagement

About the Role The focus of this position is to broaden the firm’s reach across key investor segments and deepen partnerships with professional capital allocators. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to identify new capital opportunities and position the platform effectively with high-credibility counter parties.

Primary Relationship Coverage

The role will work across a mix of professional investor groups, including:

• Institutional multi-asset allocators and investment consultants

• Family offices and private investment groups

• Wealth-management and high-net-worth channels

• Funds-of-funds and other private-markets investors

Key Accountability's

• Build, manage, and progress a high-quality pipeline of prospective capital partners

• Lead meetings, presentations, and ongoing engagement across target investor groups

• Support capital formation initiatives for both new and existing strategies

• Contribute to the evolution of materials, messaging, and engagement discipline

Candidate Profile

• 10 + years experience originating or managing relationships with professional investors across the segments listed above

• Demonstrated success within alternatives, asset management, or adjacent private-markets environments

• Strong commercial judgement, credibility in front of senior investment stakeholders, and comfort representing a sophisticated platform in market conversations
