Associate - Private Equity

This strategy applies a traditional private equity buyout mindset to resilient, asset-backed businesses. The focus is on control, active ownership, and value creation, not passive investing.

The Role

You will operate as a core member of the deal team, with exposure across the full private equity lifecycle:

• Origination support and thematic screening

• Building and owning detailed LBO and operating models

• Commercial and strategic analysis of investment opportunities

• Supporting due diligence across market, operational, and management workstreams

• Preparing IC papers and investment recommendations

• Portfolio company monitoring and value-creation initiatives post-close

Associates are expected to think like owners, not advisors. Responsibility comes early.

Profile Sought

• Top-tier Investment Banking

• Top-tier strategy consulting background with strong financial and commercial capability

• Excellent modelling skills and investment judgement

• High intellectual curiosity, maturity, and resilience

Prior PE exposure is advantageous but not essential. The emphasis is on quality, trajectory, and mindset.
