This organisation is a Big 4 Australian bank with market leading banking and financial services on offer. This customer focused role is based within their Wealth Office. In this outbound role, you will educate existing customers about Wealth Solutions offered by this institution. These include superannuation, insurance, and advisory services offered to customers. You will educate whilst providing exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations at all times.

This is an exciting entry level opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who is interested in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer and banker experience through informative conversations and driving advocacy
• Guide customers through the most suitable advice channel, building value in the Personal Advice proposition
• Deliver on financial targets as set out in annual KRA document
• Take responsibility for delivering 100% accurate information to customers and advisers
• Record accurate information into databases

Key Requirements:

• Previous customer service or sales experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of the Financial Services Industry
• RG146 qualification would be highly regarded
