Senior Operations Analyst

Due to continued expansion we are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join this expanding Wealth Management firm. As part of the Operations team you will be supporting the Head of Advice Services to help drive key strategic projects and provide support across the full breath of operations. You will be helping solve operational challenges and identify and implement improvement opportunities across teams including, client advice, operational and Investment strategy.

Working with the Head of Advice services you will be responsible for :

• You will be a conduit between the front and back offices to ensure feedback is taken onboard where needed and is used to help guide each project.
• You will ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of operational activities particularly in relation to platform services, fund administration, client account opening, AML, cash payment processing, new client asset transition, failed and other anomalous trade complications.
• To help solve operational challenges and provide improvement opportunities.
• Help oversee the work of the Offshore Teams, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the locations.
• Work with key platforms to ensure enhancements are documented, implemented, and integrated/aligned with the companies own processes

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills and the previous experience in a similar role along with:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Team Player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Curiosity and critical thinking skills
• Capacity to develop in the role and grow in ability to deal with more complex issues that arise.
• Strong Organisational skills
• Energy and commitment
