An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the challenge of managing multiple tasks and has a passion for providing exceptional service to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring junior team members, setting up superannuation funds, and providing ongoing administration and support services.

What you'll do:

As a Client Services Manager, you will play an integral role in the team by taking on a variety of responsibilities. You will be instrumental in setting up new client accounts, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you maintain databases and keep client files up-to-date. You will also be the first point of contact for client queries, demonstrating your excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service. Additionally, you will manage annual rollovers for existing clients from external employer funds. Your organisational skills will shine as you coordinate client correspondence and assist with the preparation of compliance documentation.

  • Setting up new client accounts including Superannuation Funds and Super/Pension Manager/Accumulator Accounts
  • Ensuring clients are properly insured and contributions are redirected
  • Maintaining databases, attending to client queries, keeping client files up-to-date
  • Managing annual rollovers for existing clients from external employer funds
  • Organising client correspondence in conjunction with supervising Superannuation Administrator
  • Assisting with preparation of compliance documentation for financial planning clients

What you bring:

The ideal Client Services Manager will bring a wealth of experience from within the financial services industry, particularly in relation to superannuation funds. Your strong knowledge base will enable you to confidently set up new client accounts and handle any related queries. Your excellent communication skills will ensure that clients receive top-notch service at all times. Your organisational prowess will allow you to juggle multiple tasks without compromising on quality or efficiency. If you have previous experience in mentoring or leading a team, this would be a significant advantage. Finally, your proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software will be crucial to your success in this role.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of superannuation funds and related processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client queries effectively
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in mentoring or leading a team would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software
