Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join their high-performing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional administrative and marketing support within a boutique business operating in the high net worth financial advice space. The successful candidate will focus on building strong client relationships, managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting business-wide initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the team and respond to client queries in an efficient manner
  • Establish and maintain client accounts while performing necessary compliance checks
  • Assist in preparing Statements of Advice, pitch documents, portfolio reviews, and marketing material
  • Manage prospects and opportunities, ensuring accurate data management and reporting
  • Coordinate team schedules and events
  • Stay updated on market and economic information relevant to client needs
  • Liaise with Operations to facilitate workflow and ensure timely execution of tasks
  • Support the advice teams in delivering business-wide initiatives and achieving desired outcomes

What you bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • General understanding and interest in financial markets
  • Enthusiasm, autonomy, and willingness to learn are highly valued
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle a high-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy in MS Office and CRM solutions
  • Experience in a similar role highly regarded
