You will be joining an established investment company as a Private Capital & Fund Compliance Advisor within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression.
About the Company
A leading domestic investment bank with a strong company focus on development, support and flexibility.
About the role:
Responsibilities include:
· Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, file required reports, and conduct compliance audits.
· Develop, implement, and enforce compliance policies, and provide staff training on compliance matters.
· Identify and mitigate compliance risks, advising senior management on regulatory issues.
· Oversee investment transactions, conduct due diligence, and monitor fund activities for compliance.
· Communicate compliance-related information to investors and ensure investor compliance with regulations.
· Manage compliance technology, track data, and ensure proper record-keeping.
· Investigate potential violations and enforce corrective actions.
About the you:
You have:
· 2-5 years experience in fund compliance or similar experience, ideally within an Investment Banking or similar environment.
· Relevant degree and certifications.
· Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
· Experience with implementing systems and workflows that support risk management.
