Anti-Financial Crime Advisor
You will be joining an established investment bank as an Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Advisor within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression.

About the role:
Responsibilities include:
· Providing guidance on compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies related to AFC, including handling breaches, suspicious activities, and whistle blower issues.
· Ensuring the effective design, implementation, and maintenance of the AFC framework, policies, and procedures to manage AFC risk across the organisation.
· Delivering regular reports to senior management, relevant governance bodies, and regulators as required.
· Proactively managing AFC risks, including conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance, and escalating matters as needed.
· Assessing new products and transactions to ensure they comply with relevant regulations and fit within the company's control framework.
· Promoting the organisation's risk culture by delivering training and communicating AFC expectations to staff.
· Staying updated on industry trends, participating in discussions, and contributing to the broader AFC community.
About the you:
You have:
· 2-5 years experience in AFC or similar experience, preferably in the financial services sector, ideally within an Investment Banking or similar environment.
· Relevant degree and certifications.
· Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
· Experience with implementing systems and workflows that support AFC risk management.
