Technology Resilience

About the Role As a Risk Specialist in Technology Resilience, you will play a key role in evaluating and influencing how financial institutions manage risks related to cyber security, fintech, shared computing services, and other emerging technologies. You’ll contribute to the development of industry standards and guidance, and help shape cross-industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess technology resilience practices across a diverse range of financial entities.
• Provide expert advice on cyber risk, IT governance, and operational resilience.
• Maintain and evolve prudential standards and guidance related to technology resilience.
• Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders including regulators and industry bodies.
• Stay ahead of technological developments and their impact on risk profiles.
• Educate non-technical staff on technology risk concepts and practices.

About You

You bring:

• Deep expertise in technology resilience, including cyber security, IT operations, and risk management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with regulated entities or in a regulatory environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to influence decision-makers.
