You will be joining an established investment bank as a Controls Assurance Advisor within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the firm’s Compliance Assurance Program through comprehensive risk assessments and control testing.
• Utilize data analytics and automation to enhance compliance monitoring and expand control coverage.
• Collaborate effectively with Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to strengthen risk management practices.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of regulatory obligations and emerging global regulatory developments.
• Communicate findings, insights, and industry best practices to improve the firm’s overall compliance framework.

About the you:

You are:

• Experienced compliance or audit professional (6+ years) with a strong risk management mindset.
• Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Skilled in financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and compliance testing.
• Proficient in data analytics tools including Python, SQL, Power BI, and Databricks, with an interest in applying AI solutions.
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
