Associate Director, Compliance - Private Credit

You will be joining a specialist private credit fund as an Associate Director of Compliance within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression.

About the role:

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and enhance compliance and risk frameworks.
• Manage AFSL, ACL, and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee AML/CTF, KYC, and control reporting.
• Liaise with ASIC, AUSTRAC, and handle audits and reports.
• Report compliance matters to senior management and the committee.
• Ensure compliance in private credit activities.

About the you:

You are:

• 10+ years’ compliance experience in financial services.
• Expertise in AFSL/ACL, AML/CTF, and KYC.
• Skilled in regulatory engagement and control frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and integrity.
