Transaction Manager

What you'll do:
As a Transaction Manager, your role will be pivotal in managing transactions from inception to closure. You'll liaise with various teams, negotiate documentation, present transactions to stakeholders, and manage competing interests. Your commitment to continuous learning and understanding of our products will be key to your success.
Be the primary point of contact for the client and their counsel following successful mandate on a new transaction.
Liaise with the Business Development Team, appoint external Counsel, negotiate documentation in line with company standards.
Present the transaction to various internal stakeholders and approval committees.
Manage the transaction through to successful close and then transition the deal to the ongoing Client management team.
Stay familiar with company Policies and Procedures and commit to ongoing learning and development of Products serviced by the company.
Manage various transactional stakeholders and their competing interests.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Transaction Manager role brings extensive experience in the Debt Capital Market space, particularly with securitisation. You have a strong educational background in finance or a related field and have spent several years honing your skills. Your familiarity with the Australian Securitisation industry and your ability to review complex documentation will be crucial in this role.
Experience as a Transaction Manager or Lawyer in the Debt Capital market space, with securitization is required.
Bachelor's degree preferably in finance or a related area, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
Familiarity with Australian Securitisation industry.
Experience in reviewing documentation, in particular Trust Deeds, Agency Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Trust Management arrangements and Security arrangements.
