About the role As the successful Customer Service Consultant you will be located in the Melbourne CBD office, taking inbound calls from existing customers. You will be going above and beyond for every customer, showcasing your unique customer centric approach and polished customer service skills. The role is set to commence at the beginning of September 2019 and is looking for candidates open to working part-time, specifically 5 hour shifts Monday to Friday.
- Take inbound calls
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Refer calls to other teams and spotting sales opportunities
- Adhere to all KPI’s

The successful Customer Service Consultant will posses the following:
