Based in Adelaide CBD and working in the insurance industry, this is a customer centric position. Servicing complex customer enquiries in relation to their insurance, in an inbound and outbound contact centre environment. Working in a supportive team environment, this position will involve a significant amount of training and development for the successful applicants, and you will develop a very clear understanding of the business and a well rounded skill set. For the right person this position offers opportunity for career progression. A degree qualification will be highly regarded however is not essential.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Receiving inbound calls and provide outstanding customer service
- Identifying which products and services best align with our customers around Insurance
- Making outbound calls to generate and increase sales
- Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators around sales and Customer Service
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service in a structured environment
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Meet sales KPI's by calling outbound customers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude, a team mentality and an ability to think on your feet
- High level of computer literacy
- Degree qualification is preferred
