As Squad Lead, you will play a key leadership role for delivering a range of product and compliance initiatives within this Big 4 company.
You will also help the squad to adopt and apply Agile principles and practices, and help remove impediments in building a high performing team.
Reporting to the Portfolio Delivery team, you will also work closely with the wider team to manage successful releases, as well as stakeholder management, delivery risk management, and milestone tracking.
This role will also work closely with the Product, Operations, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure successful delivery of features.
Requirements
- Good facilitation skills and housekeeping skills
- Ability to track squad deliverables/sprints
- Ability to proactively identify potential and current issues that the squads have not called out
- An ability to look across multiple squads and work collaboratively to manage inter-dependencies
- Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and self sufficient
- Strong in Agile
- Delivery focused
