Our client is seeking a Graduate Service Consultant to join their dynamic team in Melbourne CBD. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide advice and support to existing customers and business partners, reinforcing the brand's reputation for exceptional service. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries across various contact channels, producing customer correspondence, resolving complaints, and participating in continuous improvement activities. * Based in Melbourne CBD - fully onsite role * Permanent full-time position, rotating roster between 8am-8pm * Bachelor/Diploma in Business, Banking and Finance, or Commerce essential

What you'll do:

  • Respond to customer and business partner enquiries via telephone, email, and webchat.
  • Produce customer correspondence within agreed service levels and quality criteria.
  • Resolve customer complaints in accordance with our Internal Dispute Resolution team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Actively self-manage performance and engage in coaching and training to improve performance.
  • Adhere to policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate risk and meet regulatory guidelines.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor/Certificate/Diploma of Business, Commerce, Banking or Finance Essential
  • Excellent communication skills across various channels including telephone, email, and webchat.
  • Ability to adhere to shift schedules and task rosters.
  • Proficiency in producing high-quality customer correspondence within agreed service levels.
  • Experience in resolving customer complaints or escalating them as necessary.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement activities.
