This role is based in the bustling Melbourne CBD and offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service within a call centre environment! * Melbourne CBD location * June 10th start date, contract until March 2026 * Hybrid working - 2 days in office, 3 days WFH * Extensive training provided and progression opportunities

What you'll do:
As a Customer Service Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers regarding their insurance policies
  • Assist them in making changes to their policies, renewing their policies, and answering any general insurance questions they may have
  • Ensure that every interaction is handled efficiently and effectively, always adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and policies
  • Providing a strong customer experience


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Consultant role will bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a robust work ethic. Experience in a call centre environment would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided. Knowledge of insurance policies would also be advantageous.

  • Experience working in a customer-based role is essential (Retail, Hospitality or Call Centre)
  • Experience in a call centre environment is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to adhere strictly to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
