Customer Service Officer

Work for one of Australia's most respected financial services organisations, with this rare and exciting opportunity. You’ll be delivering amazing customer service on inbound/outbound calls while replying to customer emails. If you are looking to undertake a new challenge then this is the perfect role for you.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • A motivation and passion for delivering amazing customer service
  • Ability to build strong rapport with customers over a short period of time
  • A team player who is happy to assist other areas of the business when required
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of attention to detail


Key Requirements:

  • Initial 3 Month Contract, with a view of extension/permanent conversion
  • 38 Hours per week - Monday - Saturday
  • Rotating roster between 7:30am and 6:30pm
  • Adelaide CBD location
  • Must provide two professional references
  • Must provide a National Police Clearance
