Customer Service Officer

You’ll be delivering amazing customer service on inbound/outbound calls while replying to customer emails. If you are looking to undertake a new challenge then this is the perfect role for you.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- A motivation and passion for delivering amazing customer service
- Ability to build strong rapport with customers over a short period of time
- A team player who is happy to assist other areas of the business when required
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High levels of attention to detail
Key Requirements:
- Initial 3 Month Contract, with a view of extension/permanent conversion
- 38 Hours per week - Monday - Saturday
- Rotating roster between 7:30am and 6:30pm
- Adelaide CBD location
- Must provide two professional references
- Must provide a National Police Clearance
