This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong connections within their team, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the daily operations of a busy contact centre, guiding your team to deliver exceptional service while fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

What you'll do:

As a Contact Centre Team Leader based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for creating an environment where every team member feels supported in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Monitor agent performance closely against established key performance indicators, providing regular feedback and guidance to help each team member grow.
  • Lead your team with empathy and understanding, ensuring company targets are achieved through shared goals and mutual support.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and motivated to contribute their best.

What you bring:

To excel as a Contact Centre Team Leader, you will bring hands-on experience from similar roles where supporting others was central to your success.

  • Demonstrated experience as a team leader within a call centre or contact centre environment, showing consistent results in supporting staff development.
  • Experience working in a BPO providing services for government organisation (Advantageous)
  • A proven track record of managing daily operations while maintaining high standards of customer service delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build trust-based relationships with both team members and customers alike.
