As a valued member of the Claims team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring every customer receives the highest standard of care. * Weekday shifts (7am-7pm Rotating Roster) and weekend availability required (1 weekend per month) * Initial 3 month contract - possibility of extension * $37 p/h + Super * Visa candidates welcome to apply (Working Holiday etc.) * No Claims management experience required

What you'll do:

  • Manage end-to-end claims processes with care and attention to detail, ensuring each claim is handled efficiently from initiation through to resolution.
  • Triage incoming claims by assessing their urgency and complexity, prioritising cases appropriately
  • Process claims documentation accurately using internal systems, maintaining up-to-date records
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes by consistently applying organisational policies and demonstrating empathy
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, providing clear updates on claim progress while addressing any questions or concerns.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service within a professional setting, showing genuine care for customer needs at every stage.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A proven ability to work both independently when required and collaboratively as part of a team
  • A keen eye for detail that ensures accuracy when processing sensitive information or handling financial transactions related to claims.
  • Strong organisational skills that allow you to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines consistently.
  • A positive attitude towards learning new systems or processes during training periods
