Customer Service Representative (Casual)
This is a casual, part-time opportunity offering 20–25 hours per week, starting in January, operating on a hybrid model of 2 shifts in the office (one required in the Sydney CBD, with the other based in the Parramatta hub) and 3 shifts working from home. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative environment with ongoing training and development, where strong customer service skills and a positive attitude are highly valued.
What You'll Do:
As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll provide high-quality support to banking customers across phone, email, and online chat. You’ll respond to enquiries about products and services, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations. Working closely with your team, you’ll share knowledge, contribute to a positive environment, and embrace opportunities for ongoing learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels with empathy and professionalism

Assist customers with banking products and services, addressing queries promptly

Resolve complaints and issues effectively, following up to ensure satisfaction

Maintain accurate records while adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards

What You Bring:

Proven experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating patience, empathy, and clear communication
